First Holy Communion Preparation
Do you want to enrol your children in the First Holy Communion?
Please join the catechists on Thursday 16th June 2022 at 7:30pm in the Fr Balfe room for an informal cheese and wine evening as we introduce the new preparation.
Any questions please see Sue or Lynda Durcan at Mass on any weekend.
Attendance at the meeting will be required for any successful applications.
We look forward to welcoming you all.

The DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal
The Disasters Emergency Committee is made up of many member charities (see below) and they have just launched their Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
They are asking for donations to distribute to all those charities working with both the people within Ukraine and the refugees in neighbouring countries.

Here are some things that your donation will help towards:
- £30 could provide essential hygiene supplies for three people for one month
- £50 could provide blankets for four families
- £100 could provide emergency food for two families for one month

There are many ways in which you can help to support those in Ukraine during this crisis.
Please join us in praying for peace in Ukraine at this time
You can donate to Catholic charitable organisations:
CAFOD : Donation to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal
Aid to the Church in Need | Emergency appeal for Ukraine (acnuk.org)
And many other charitable organisations such as the Red Cross, UNICEF, Save the Children, and Oxfam.
You can send practical support to the Polish border to help those who are fleeing Ukraine:
