Society of St Gregory Summer School 28th July to 1st August 2014

This year’s summer school, to be held at the Hayes Conference Centre, Swanwick, will provide participants with an opportunity to explore how the Second Vatican Council, and, in particular the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy Sacrosanctum Concilium, provides a sure compass for our liturgical practice and the life of the Church in and for the world. Last year, to mark the Year of Faith, the Society funded a number of free summer school places for younger people involved in liturgical ministry. The scheme was oversubscribed and very successful, not least in terms of the calibre of people it attracted. This year, a further fifteen free places for young people aged between 18 and 35 are being funded by the Society. For further information, please visit www.ssg.org.uk
